I’ve got years of sleep debt to undo, from college, and working night shift. Problem is it just isn’t feasible for me to sleep for a week.

I’ve gotten better at not feeling guilty for the lulls, though, whether they be in magical work, reading, job work, or working out. I’ve found if I go into a lull my body *seriously* wants that rest time.

It’ll be interesting to see how your Air month goes.
