On animal parts–I have a bit of an animal for one of my spirit animals, which is also possibly one of the most feared and despised animals in the US. It’s a potent piece though, I cannot physically handle it in any way without it sending me into an altered state.
Also, for connection, I use plushies. Given that I have mythical animals in my “line-up” it seems like the best solution. I also periodically get the nudge to find more plushies for my spirits.

2. Consulting spirits about any other spirit worker is smart advice. Good to use for any esoteric teacher/learning, if you ask me.
