		<description>I&#039;m somewhat in the middle between traditional and core. My training was mostly core, if you talk about the formal stuff; my own experiences have been more far-ranging, and with teachers that encourage that.

And I have found it to be Ok to decline requests/demands from various spirit entities. I generally try to be respectful- but just because someone is interested in me, I&#039;m not necessarily interested in them (any more than I&#039;d be in a romantic context). No need to be rude (usually), but another&#039;s interest doesn&#039;t obligate one!</description>
